Immediately upon law school graduation, I began helping people injured by unsafe work practices and defective products. I was committed then, and am committed now, to helping families recover their financial independence when devastated by the injury of a loved one. This is challenging and satisfying work. Our firm represents individuals with serious injuries. We know that, most often, no amount of money will return life to normal following such injuries. As a family man myself, I believe that work, family and community are all part of a purposeful and satisfying life. We live by a code of fair play. Unfortunately, industry and insurance do not always play by the rules and violations occur. We know unsafe work conditions.
