The Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center was established through a strong partnership with the two leading healthcare providers in the area: Cabell Huntington Hospital and Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. This partnership offers patients access to experienced and respected physicians, radiologists and surgeons, a skilled and caring nursing staff and the most current protocols for cancer diagnosis, treatment and care. In our modern and attractive facility, patients have access to a full range of diagnosis and treatment services, including surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, laboratory testing, clinical trials and support services.
At the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center, patients will experience compassionate and professional medical care in a warm and healing facility designed just for them. The staff is dedicated to providing care that is friendly, efficient and patient centered. Because of our team approach, in additional to the medical staff, patients are offered the services of a full spectrum of caregivers, including dietitians, social workers, chaplains and rehabilitation specialists.
