Hello, I am Mark Orecchio, owner and founder of Orecchio Properties. Please take a few moments and read why you should consider making your next home rental a positive and stress free experience.
First, and foremost, all of our rentals are maintained by Orecchio Properties. We are staffed by experienced, professional, full service property management personnel. We have almost two decades of experience managing single-family residences, town homes and apartments, as well as commercial properties in Weirton, Steubenville and the surrounding areas. Wehave a full time "in house" team of construction professionals on staff to enable us to handle maintenance and repair calls quickly and efficiently.
Second, At Orecchio Properties we strive to insure that our portfolio of property is among the finest rental properties in the valley. For us, this is a full time business, and we are not at all similar to other "fly by night" investors who lack the experience needed to provide a high level of quality and service that renters deserve.
