Welcome to Please Save A Cat And Sheltered And Safe - The DOG Side of PSAC

Look into their eyes. Are these disposable pets? Some people think they are. Dropped by the roadside, abandoned, thrown in trash bins,
they areleftto fend for themselves.They end up in kill shelters,hit by cars, eaten by predators. Others suffer from disease, parasites,and hunger.

MILLIONS ofpets are killed yearly in shelters in the U.S.A.
You have probably seen the heart breaking pictures of these
animals waiting in their cages to be adopted or be killed.
Pet overpopulation is solvable. Please neuter or spay your pet, and if you can add
to your animal family,please adopt.

We are an all volunteer organizationcreated to rescue cats and kittens from the kill shelters
of West Virginia. We also house cats belonging to
our deployed soldiers, serving overseas. Wecare for
these cats until our veterans return home and can
once again be reunited with them. All our foster homes are
CAGE FREE. We provide necessary veterinary care, vaccinations,
and neuter or spay all our cats. The expenses are tremendous.
Some of the cats, saddly are never adopted. We are a No-Kill facility. We ask for your support. All donations go directly for, and only to care
for the cats.
