Welcome to Three Rivers Iron and Metal.
We believe in being the leader in honest customer service in the scrap metal recycling industry. At Three Rivers Iron and Metal we intend for you to leave our facility with total satisfaction that you have been treated fairly after each visit. We also continue to improve our facility in order for you to have a safe and quick turnaround when you bring your materials to be recycled.
After a really bad economy in 2009, which in turn created a poor demand for scrap, and low scrap prices, the tide has turned, and prices are now at above the last ten year average! While many people talk about waiting for the prices to return to the incredibly high 2008 levels, that may never happen again in our lifetime. Now is the time to start recycling again!
CANS FOR KIDS PROGRAM!
Three Rivers Iron and Metal has started a program to assist with a new local endeavor. FHC Ranch will be a new home for orphan children from the region. Located near Enterprise, WV and operated as a mission of Faith Baptist Church, this ranch needs much financial support, to purchase the land, begin construction, and operate the facility. If you bring cans, or any other recyclable metals, to our facility, you can simply say "Donate this to Cans For Kids!" The value of the recyclables will be donated to the ranch, and you will receive a donation slip, because the donation is tax deductible!
For more information on FHC Ranch, go to www.fhcranch.com.
SPECIAL NOTICE! To compliment our demolition service, effective January 1, 2009 we have a new company, THREE RIVERS ASBESTOS SERVICES. This company has personnel who are certified and licensed to do asbestos inspection, management planning, design and abatement. We are insured, and licensed with the State of West Virginia. Call 304-368-9110 or log on to our website at WWW.3RIVERSASBESTOS.COM.
Remember that by recycling you are helping the environment and the economy in many ways. Every pound of metal that you recycle is one less pound that ends up in a landfill. In addition, recycling of metals uses much less energy than creating new metals from raw material, thus helping protect air quality, and save our natural resources.
