City Hospital & Jefferson Memorial Hospital
A free screening for risk factors of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) also known as PVD, Venous Disease, and Stroke is being conducted by WVUH-East Interventional Radiology Department on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 8:00am - 12 noon at the McCormack Center on the Campus of City Hospital.
The screening will comprise of each participant answering a questionnaire, and a blood pressure reading taken in each arm and each foot. The findings will be given to and reviewed with each participant by a physician. Additionally, a copy of the results will be mailed to each person's primary care physician with any recommended follow-up.
Appointments for the free screening is required and may be made by calling 304-596-6828.
