Pickering Associates was established in 1988 and is based upon a history of over 70 years of construction experience in the building environment. We provide project development, project management, and engineering services in the industrial, institutional, and commercial industry sectors.
Our corporate office is located in the heart of the Mid-Ohio Valley between Parkersburg, WV and Marietta, OH, with a branch in Athens, OH. We are strategically situated in the Mid-Ohio Valley to be able to respond in a timely manner to our customers' needs. We specialize in developing and offering effective solutions to architectural/engineering and safety problems or opportunities.
We are a small architectural/engineering firm with a good balance of breadth and depth of experience and a sincere desire to provide our customers with a quality engineering product at a fair price. Our disciplines include architecture and electrical, mechanical, civil and structural engineering. Our design team is also complemented by a controls & automation department which is an authorized Allen-Bradley Integrator. Our strength is in our project delivery ability, integrating your expectations with the project scope, budget, schedule, and the expectations of the construction contractors.
