Dr. Robert J. Skoretz is an experienced general and cosmetic dentist. He has practiced dental medicine in his Oak Hill, West Virginia office since 1996 and has an established family dentistry practice. Dr. Skoretz and our team of dental hygienists provide teeth cleaning, sedation dentistry, dental x-rays, gum care and dental examinations to help prevent cavities and tooth decay.

As a general dentist, Dr. Skoretz can be the primary dental care giver for people of all ages and is an expert at finding and painlessly filling dental cavities (tooth decay), root canal procedures, wisdom tooth removal, dental surgery and a variety of other dental procedures.
Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Implants
As a cosmetic dentist, Dr. Skoretz has considerable clinical experience at cosmetic dental treatments like tooth bleaching and tooth whitening; and cosmetic dental procedures like fitting of dental crowns, dental veneers, dental bridges, and dentures. In addition to the above cosmetic dental procedures, Dr. Skoretz specializes in affixing surgical dental implants, which are a permanent alternative to dentures and dental bridges.

Our dentist office is located on the first floor of the Main Street Executive Suites in the beautifully restored W. E. Carwile Home on Main Street in Oak Hill, WV. We are just 15 miles north of Beckley and a short drive from, Summersville, Charleston, Princeton and Lewisburg.

Dentistry Awards, Certifications and Fellowships
Dr. Skoretz holds many awards and certificates in the dental profession. He has been awarded Fellowship Status in both the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
As a Fellow in the Academy, Dr. Skoretz participates in an ongoing program of professional development and continuing education to remain current in the dental profession and to provide the highest quality general and cosmetic dental treatments for his patients. Academy of General Dentistry members are required to take a minimum of 75 hours of continuing education courses every three years to maintain their membership.
Dr. Skoretz is one of an elite two percent of general and cosmetic dentists to be inducted into the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He was recognized for his experience in developing dental implant treatment plans and surgically placing and restoring dental implants.
The Pierre Fauchard award was also presented to Dr. Skoretz for his high ethical standards as a general and cosmetic dentist.
